SHIPPING POLICY

At Silhouete, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

• Free Shipping on Orders €70+
• Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been shipped.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country, local carriers, holidays, or customs delays.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Silhouete is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Bras, underwear, mystery boxes, free gifts, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached.

For hygiene reasons, we ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags/liners.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
