These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Silhouete website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

PRODUCTS

Silhouete sells fashion and lifestyle products online.

We do our best to display product images, colors, sizes, prices, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, production differences, or supplier updates.

Product availability may change at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before the order is processed. We accept the payment methods available on our website at the time of purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free shipping is available on orders over €70.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local carriers, holidays, customs procedures, or unexpected delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Silhouete is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and hygiene liners attached.

For hygiene reasons, bras, underwear, swimwear, mystery boxes, free gifts, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We ask that customers wear underwear when first trying on items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, missing tags, or removed hygiene liners.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at sac@silhouete.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sac@silhouete.com

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the order.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Silhouete is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, payment providers, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory consumer rights.
